2. Physical Products (Natural Stones / Decorative Items)

Refunds or replacements for physical products are considered only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged during transit, or
• The product received is incorrect or missing

To be eligible:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be shared

After review:
• A replacement or resolution may be offered
